These sessions may assist you by;

• helping you exploring your own feelings, beliefs, experience with death.

• offering you guidance on how to navigate the end of life space you share with a loved one.

• helping you be present, bare witness, and navigate space as you experience the passing of your loved ones.

During these sessions I will hold space through compassionate listening, as well as offer guidance and support through gentle energy work. I may also assist you finding resources, materials, and activities that allow you to work with your grief.
